Rahasya Yoga
a challenging vinyasa style class. Surdas and Vajra
lead practitioners through intermediate and advanced asanas to the soundtrack
of upbeat, energizing, and inspiring music. This practice, infused with deep
Bhakti (devotion), and thought provoking Prajna (wisdom), leads students deep
into their bodies in order to free the HEART. The ultimate aim of yoga is
Mukti (self-realization). Rahasya Yoga is designed to reveal the ways in
which we alienate ourselves from the realization of the present moment.

for a weekend of yoga asana,
workshops, bhakti yoga
ceremonies, meditation, and
bodywork. Camping and
dormitory style lodgings
available.
This will be an ashram like
experience including community
meals and karma service
opportunities.
Immerse yourself in a sattvic
environment, quiet your mind and
deepen your knowledge and
practice of yoga. There
will be opportunities for
private sessions with both
lorrie and/or lal throughout the
weekend.

inspirational readings or poems you

We will also discuss Yoga Philosophy: Bhagavad Gita,
Pantanjali Sutras and readings from Swami Sivananda
